Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds back to the original payment method.
All approved returns will be issued as store credit (gift credit), which can be used toward any future purchase on our website.
This allows us to continue offering premium products and exclusive drops while maintaining fair pricing for our community.
Processing Time
Once your return has been received and inspected:

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and our team will resolve this promptly.
