At DECCOLLECTIVE, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Orders are processed within 3–7 working days after purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During launch periods, promotions, or high-demand drops, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us and we’ll help investigate with the courier.

DECCOLLECTIVE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
